BLOG

"Blog" is an abbreviated version of "weblog," which is a term used to describe web sites that maintain an ongoing chronicle of information. A blog is a frequently updated, personal website featuring diary-type commentary and links to articles on other Web sites. Blogs range from the personal to the political, and can focus on one narrow subject or a whole range of subjects.

Many blogs focus on a particular topic, such as web design, home staging, sports, or mobile technology. Some are more eclectic, presenting links to all types of other sites. And others are more like personal journals, presenting the author's daily life and thoughts.

Generally speaking (although there are exceptions), blogs tend to have a few things in common:

• A main content area with articles listed chronologically, newest on top. Often, the articles are organized into categories.
• An archive of older articles.
• A way for people to leave comments about the articles.
• A list of links to other related sites, sometimes called a "blogroll".
• One or more feeds like RSS, Atom or RDF files

LOST IN THE DEAD

Than joining the maddening crowd of lifeless people
Drowned in the dead, i was dying to live
But death was the sole consolation i had
And today, here i stand, amidst the lifelessness
No one can spot me, i am nothing but one of them
Alas! everything has its own way, every game its rules
You can't deviate;distorting the rules is not an option
Not one can create an impression and make differences
Even the sun alone is forcing the encroaching darkness
It's the moon which shines during the dark
Waiting for the rays to bless the morbidity around
I still hope for a day livelier..
A day when i lose myself amongst the life

THE SINOUS LIFE

LIFE IS A GAME WHERE EVERYONE WANT TO GAIN FAME,
IT IS FULL OF JOY AND TEARS, AND THAT'S THE PART EVERYONE FEARS.
IT IS AN ENIGMA WITH INTRICATE NITTY-GRITTY,
DECIPHERING IT WOULD ENTANGLE YOU IN YOUR INCONGRUITY.
WE TOIL HARD TO UNDERSTAND AND TRY TO EXPLAIN,
THE FUROR OF SURFEIT THOUGHTS THAT OUR MIND ENTERTAIN.
BUT NONE IS ABLE TO COMPREHEND THE MYSTERY OF LIFE
NEITHER ITS TOPSY -TURVY VICISSITUDES NOR ITS STRIFE.
IT'S A SMALL WORLD FULL OF EVERYTHING FOR EVERYONE
SOME FIND ALL, FEW MUCH AND MANY NONE.
IN DAYS TO COME, ONE NEVER KNOWS FORTHCOMING INDELIBLE ORDEALS.
BUT IF THERE ARE UMPTEEN TO HURT, THERE IS AT LEAST ONE TO HEAL.
GLOOMY SHADES OF LIFE ARE GOING TO DETER AND SWAY,
UNLESS ONE KEEPS ONESELF CALM, DETERMINED AND STAY.
